Dear visitors and external company employees,

For smooth operations, safety-related requirements must be met within the company. It is important that employees, visitors, and external contractors consistently adhere to the safety measures.

We are providing you with an excerpt of these below. Please follow the instructions and rules presented here for the duration of your visit:

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas equipped with ashtrays.

• Alcohol and narcotics are strictly prohibited in our workplaces. It is also forbidden to begin work under the influence of such substances.

• Eating, drinking, and taking medication are only permitted in the break rooms. Food and medication may not be consumed at the workplace.

• Cleanliness in the workplace must be strictly maintained. Dirt and debris must be removed immediately. After maintenance and repair work, any parts no longer needed must be removed promptly and the work area cleaned.

• Photography and filming on our premises is not permitted.

• Persons who are not employees of the company are not allowed to move around the company premises unaccompanied.

• The rules of the road apply on the company premises. Special care must be taken to avoid disturbing pedestrians and cyclists, as there is no separate separation between traffic areas (pedestrians and vehicles).

• When using any of the stairs in the house, please use the handrail.

• Safety shoes are mandatory throughout the entire warehouse area. (Please ask for shoe covers if you do not have your own safety shoes).

• Please maintain a sufficient and proactive distance from moving forklifts or other industrial trucks.

• Entering the machine or safety area without prior registration is prohibited.
