We, Pro Pet Koller GmbH, are an internationally active family business specializing in the production and marketing of super-premium pet food products. Based in the Eifel region, on the edge of the national park, we operate from three different, closely located sites. Our home region and sustainability are key components of our identity. For over 30 years, we have been developing and producing high-quality pet food sustainably, innovatively, and with a passion for dogs and cats.

To further develop our vet concept, we are looking for a person with a veterinary medical background and sales experience who can competently advise our customers and provide professional support to our team.

In your new job you will be
responsible for the following tasks

Professional advice to customers on topics including allergies, intolerances, gut health and disease-related nutrition, including individual feeding recommendations
Supporting the sales team in the competent positioning of our products
Close collaboration with veterinarians and laboratories
Evaluation and interpretation of analysis results to derive feeding recommendations
Participation in and further development of our veterinary medical concept
Customer service support for challenging inquiries
Training and technical support for internal teams

You with

Love for the profession and passion for the pet industry!
Studies in veterinary medicine or training as a veterinary assistant or comparable qualification
Prior experience in customer service or direct interaction with end consumers is desirable, but not a requirement
Sound knowledge of animal nutrition, especially regarding nutrition-related diseases
Confident demeanor and the ability to communicate complex content in an understandable way
Enjoyment of collaborating with veterinarians, laboratories and customers
