Quality Management Representative
for Production in the Pet Food Industry

(M/F/D) – FULL-TIME – LOCATION: HELLENTHAL

 

We, Hofgut Eifel Land GmbH, are a local family business specializing in the production of super-premium dog and cat food. For over 30 years, our four brands have stood for high-quality pet food, sustainable production, and innovative developments. Based in the Eifel region, on the edge of the national park, we employ around 100 people at three different, closely located sites. Our home region and the concept of sustainability are important parts of our identity.


Do you possess a strong quality awareness, organizational skills, and analytical thinking abilities? Then, in quality management, your attention to detail, structured work, and careful inspection will ensure the consistently high quality of our products.

 

In your new job you will be
responsible for the following tasks

 

  • Maintenance and further development of the QM and HACCP system
  • Monitoring and optimization of quality-relevant processes
  • Preparation, support and follow-up of audits (e.g. IFS)
  • Employee training on hygiene and quality standards
  • Verification of product labeling and legal requirements
  • Collaboration with product development and production
  • Evaluation of analysis results and initiation of measures in case of deviations

  • Passion for the profession and a strong interest in the pet industry
  • Degree / studies in food technology or a similar, equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of quality management, ideally in the food/feed industry
  • Experience with IFS standards and GHP/HACCP is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, combined with diligence, a sense of responsibility and an independent working style
