Quality management officer
for production in the pet food industry

(M/F/D) – FULL-TIME – LOCATION: HELLENTHAL

 

We, Hofgut Eifel Land GmbH and Pro Pet Koller GmbH, are local family businesses, specializing in the production of super premium dog and cat food with the aim of making the animal world healthier and happier. Do you have a strong sense of quality, organizational skills, and analytical thinking? Then, with your attention to detail, structured work, and meticulous testing, you will ensure the consistently high quality of our products in quality management.

 

In your new job you are
responsible for the following tasks

 

  • Care and further development of the QM and HACCP system
  • Monitoring and optimization of quality -relevant processes
  • Preparation, support and follow -up of audits (e.g. IFS)
  • Training of employees into hygiene and quality standards
  • Examination of product labels and legal requirements
  • Cooperation with product development and production
  • Evaluation of analysis results and the introduction of measures in the event of deviations

You with

  • Passion for the job and great interest in the pet industry
  • Degree / studies in food technology or a similar, equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of quality management, ideally in the food/feed industry
  • Experience with IFS standards and GHP/HACCP is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills combined with diligence, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
