responsible for the following tasks

Advising end users and specialist retail customers on all topics related to our products
Processing customer complaints
Constructive exchange of ideas and perspectives in a motivated team
Carrying out quality controls
Use of the merchandise management system
Active participation in the optimization and design of our service processes
