Duration of the competition:

• May 12 to May 15, 2026 (4:00 PM).

Participation:

• Participation in the competition is achieved by filling out the entry form on this landing page
• The following information is required for participation: email address, first name, last name, street and house number, city.
• Participation is only possible within the aforementioned participation period.
• Each participant may only submit one entry and therefore only one entry in the competition.

Eligibility:  

• Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate.
• Participation is excluded for employees of the organizer and their family members.

Profit:

The following prizes will be awarded:

• 1st prize: E-scooter worth approximately €1,000
• 2nd Prize: Apple or Android Smart Watch worth approximately €800
• 3rd Prize: Gift voucher worth €500
• 4-10. Prize: €200 credit (redeemable on the next order) + food package
• 11-20. Prize: Gift set from Bad Cat worth approx. €60

Profit determination and notification:

• The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries by means of a random draw among all participants.
• The prize will only be handed over to the winner.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Winners will be notified of their prize as soon as possible.

Liability:

• The organizer accepts no liability whatsoever for the existence of the technical requirements for timely participation in the competition or the dispatch of the prizes.

Data protection:

• Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant confirms that the personal information provided, in particular first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct.
• In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the organizer's website and social media platforms.
• Participants may revoke their consent at any time. Revocation must be submitted in writing to the organizer's contact details provided in the legal notice at https://www.propet.de/ . Upon revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participants will be deleted immediately.
