We collect and store personal data from applicants for the purpose of carrying out an application process for advertised positions as well as for unsolicited applications.
All data from your application will be collected and processed to select the most suitable candidate for the advertised position. You control the data we process, as you initiate the data transfer yourself. For the candidate selection process, each application will also be forwarded to supervisors in the relevant department. Applicant data may also be shared with other companies and supervisors within the corporate group for decision-making purposes.
If an employment relationship is established between you and us, we may further process the data you have provided. This processing will then be carried out for the purpose of establishing or terminating the employment relationship. Hiring without your application data is not possible.
The legal basis is Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a) of the GDPR.
Pro Pet Koller GmbH only processes special categories of personal data if you have provided them to us so that we can consider your application in its current form, or if there is a legal obligation to do so. This information will not be considered in the application process unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
The legal basis is then Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b), e) GDPR.
Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract fulfillment or billing, in compliance with Article 28 GDPR regarding data processing on behalf of a controller, or if you have given your prior consent. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. Disclosure to authorized government agencies and authorities will only occur within the framework of mandatory legal regulations or if we are compelled to do so by court order.
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries without your consent.
Pro Pet Koller GmbH stores personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the stated purpose. Data collected during the initial processing will be deleted after the statutory retention and limitation periods have expired, or once the purpose for processing no longer applies, whichever period is longer.
We do not store application data for longer than 3 months after a rejection. If you consent, your personal data will be stored in our applicant pool for one year as part of your application.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR at any time, in whole or in part, with effect for the future. Please send your objection to the email address specified in section 1.
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, and data portability, as well as the Koller to restriction of processing, and the right to object to data processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, vis-à-vis Pro Pet Koller GmbH. Please send your request to the contact details provided in points 1 or 2.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
