We, Pro Pet Koller GmbH, are an internationally active family business specializing in the production and marketing of super-premium pet food products. Based in the Eifel region, on the edge of the national park, we operate from three different, closely located sites. Our home region and sustainability are key components of our identity. For over 30 years, we have been developing and producing high-quality pet food sustainably, innovatively, and with a passion for dogs and cats.

In your new job you will be responsible for the following tasks

Support and advice for our specialist and wholesale customers via telephone and email
Processing of orders and purchases
Coordination and organization of transport and delivery dates
Interface between customers, field service, warehouse, dispatch and external freight forwarders
Maintaining and updating data in the ERP system (Sage)
Handling of complaints (transport damage)

You with

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in sales administration, ideally in specialist or wholesale trade
Knowledge of transport or shipping organization is an advantage
Independent, structured and reliable work ethic
Customer focus, friendly and professional communication skills
