We collect and save personal data from applicants to carry out an application process for advertised bodies and for initiative applications.
All data from your application will be recorded and processed to select the appropriate applicant for the advertised position. You determine the data we process yourself because you arrange the data transmission yourself. For the applicant selection, the respective application is also forwarded to superiors of the respective department. The applicant data can also be forwarded to other companies and superiors of the group of companies to make decisions.
In the event that there is an employment relationship between you and us, we can process the data transmitted by you. The processing is then carried out to carry out or terminate the employment relationship. A setting without your applicant data is not possible.
The legal basis form § 26 BDSG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a) GDPR.
The processing of special categories of personal data is only carried out by Pro Pet Koller GmbH, provided you have transmitted it to us so that we can take your application into account in your present form or if there is a legal obligation. This information will not be taken into account in the application process, unless there is a legal obligation.
The legal basis then form Art. 9 Para. 2 Lit b), e) GDPR.
Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or for billing purposes, taking into account the order processing, or you have previously consented. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. A transfer to state institutions and authorities authorized to provide information is only carried out within the framework of mandatory legal provisions or if we are obliged to do so by court order.
Personal data is not transmitted to third countries without your consent.
Pro Pet Koller GmbH stores personal data as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose mentioned. The data stored during the collection will be deleted after the statutory retention and limitation periods, or, according to the purpose, depending on which period is longer.
We do not save application data for more than 3 months after cancellation. In the event of consent, your personal data will be saved in our applicant pool for one year as part of an application.
You are entitled to revoke the consent to the use of personal data according to Art. 6 Para. 1 Lit. a) GDPR at any time with effect for the future. Please send your objection to the email address mentioned in Section 1.
You are right to Pro Pet Koller GmbH right to information, correction, deletion and data portability or to restrict the processing, as well as the right to object to data processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Send the respective request to the contact details mentioned under point 1 or 2.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the responsible supervisory authority.
