So that you can order your desired products in our online shop at specialist retail conditions, you must first register as a customer. For registration.

As soon as we have switched them at specialist retail conditions, you will receive a notification from us. Only then can you make your order in our shop.

In rare cases, unfortunately, ordered items are no longer available a short time later. We would like to apologize for this.

For articles that were not included in the delivery, you will of course receive the amount back on the payment method used. Since this process is not automated with us, we ask for a little for patience.

We generally do not deliver missing items.
