A cat is said to have nine lives – and so does Beckett the cat, who gets nine new chances at a better life in the animated film "All for the Cats – Nine Lives Are Not Enough". MAC's is releasing a special edition with a big giveaway in stores before the film's theatrical release.
Beckett is a spoiled, selfish cat who takes his owner Rose's loving care for granted and simply lives the best cat's life. While the dedicated student Rose fights to save the global bee population, Beckett loses his ninth and final life during one of his thoughtless pranks. In heaven, however, he receives a divine opportunity: he is granted nine more lives. But Beckett's joy is premature, because he won't be returning to his familiar comforts as a cat! For him, a journey through nine wildly exciting lives begins, providing him with unexpected insights. Sometimes, the best version of yourself lies in the future—and not lazing on the sofa.
This humorous and heartwarming story about a cat who gets nine new chances at a "better" life is full of hilarious moments and, at the same time, brimming with hopeful messages for young and old. But the most important one, according to director Christopher Jenkins, is quite simple: "You only have one life. So live it well and love better." The film will be released in German cinemas on October 10th.
